MIG wires

MIG wires are used in Gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Our wires can be used in manual, semi or fully automatic welding & robotic welding. Our wires are precision layer wounded with appropriate Cast and helix are maintained for a smooth payoff. Wires surface is specially cleaned for hassle-free welding

Size range: 0.80 mm, 0.90 mm, 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm, 1.60 mm
Surface finish: Matte OR Bright
Packaging: 1 kg or 2 lbs wire in SD 100 plastic spool
5 kg or 10 lbs wire in SD 200 plastic spool
12.50 / 15 kg or 25 lbs / 30 lbs wire in SD 300 plastic spool
12.50 / 15 kg or 25 lbs / 30 lbs wire in BS 300 metal spool
All spools are packed in cardboard boxes and further packed in wooden boxes/pallets.

TIG wires

TIG wires are used in Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). Our TIG wire surface is specially cleaned for hassle free welding. Marking or embossing is done on each rod.

Bar Length: 1 meter or 36”
Size range: 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm, 1.60 mm, 2.00 mm, 2.40 mm, 2.50 mm, 3.20 mm, 4.00 mm
Marking/Embossing:Grade and sizes at one end or both ends
Packaging: 5 kg /10 lbs wire in Plastic tube/Paper tube. Tubes are packed in
cardboard box and further packed in wooden box/pallets.

Submerged Arc Welding Wires

SAW wires are used in Submerged-arc welding (SAW).Our wires are precision layer wounded with appropriate Cast and helix are maintained for smooth payoff. Wires surface is specially cleaned for hassle free welding.

Size range: 1.60 mm, 2.00 mm, 2.40 mm, 2.50 mm, 3.20 mm, 4.00 mm, 4.80 mm, 5.00 mm
Surface finish:Bright
Packaging: 20 kg , 25 kg , 27 kg on metal/paper Rim or K 415 metal basket
All spools are packed in cardboard boxes further packed in wooden boxes/pallets.

Core wire - coil form

Core wires are used in electrode manufacturing. Wire diameter and ovality are maintained as per customer requirements.

Size range: 1.20 mm, 1.60 mm, 2.00 mm, 2.40 mm, 2.50 mm, 3.20 mm, 4.00 mm, 4.80 mm, 5.00 mm
Surface finish: Matte OR Bright
Packaging: 80 to 1000 kg coils/bundle.
